Beads in lighter and darker colors embellish the twining columns of stitches on these charming cabled socks.  Socks used 325 yards of fingering weight sock yarn, us size 1double point needles, cable needle, bead stringing needle, seed beads 8/0 (272 darker beads, and either 912 or 272 beads for beaded fringe style or plain cuff style in lighter color.  Gauge is 8 stitches per inch over stockinette stitch for woman's medium.
