Bags are 14 X 14 inches before felting and 8-9 inches after felting.
Knit with gauge of 3.5-4 stitches per inch.  The bags shown used 450 yards of worsted weight wool or wool/mohair blend.  Needles 24" circular US 10 1/2, set of 5 double points and an extra circular needle same sizes.
