Knit up quickly on size 6 double point needles using worsted weight yarn.  Very easy socks to knit for beginners or experienced knitters.  Stars my be knit in or embroidered on later.  Cotton was used for socks in picture, and you will need approximately 160 yards of navy, 50 each of red and white.
